Crossing Borders: Studying Abroad at Trinity

Interest in Study Abroad programs at Trinity started early in the history of the modern campus, from Woodlawn to Skyline. First, as a summer language school and later in partnerships with Mexican institutions, it was clear that intercultural relationships, especially by being in San Antonio, were a fundamental piece of the educational experience at Trinity. The history in the following pages has the objective of not only painting a picture of past traveling and accomplishments but also a panoramic analysis of how to make it better for our students and alumni to engage with the global community and expand the campus to international experiences inside and outside of the classroom.
